This school was opened in 1988 as a primary school and then in 2001 become a gymnazjum. There are about 1500 of students, all aged between 13 and 16. The school offers a lot of subject and extra-activities after lessons. We are proud of our sport facilities, for example a gym and pitches.

We've got a good library and a fun club where we watch films, use computers, play chess, etc.

In a Polish school students divided into groups of one level e.g.(1a, 1b, 1c-3a). There is a group of compulsory subjects. Students can only choose between learning english as german language as obligatory.

A school year starts in September and finishes in June, mainly on 24th June.

Lessons at polish school last for 45 minutes. Students stay at school from 7.30 a.m. till at least 4.30 p.m. or 5.15 p.m.

A school year is dinided into two terms: winter and summer. The winter term is from September to december and from January to June lasts summer term. At the end of every semester students gets marks and opinions from every teacher. At the end of the school year students get their diplomas.
The summer holidays last two months.
